Newquay Sessions features a summer of music in the Band Stand on the Killacourt! Music ranges from brass bands to acoustic acts. There’s usually a whole weekend launch at the beginning of July, which also incorporates the Civic Parade. Here, guests and dignitaries will join in with the celebrations on the Killacourt, following the Civic Procession. A wide variety of music, from steel bands to rocks bands, and everything in between, is on offer every weekend throughout July and August, up until the Closing Event which usually takes place at the end of August.

Newquay Town Council’s summer of live music at the Killacourt bandstand starts from Saturday 03 July until Sunday 22 August 21.
Newquay Town Council is proud to host lots of jam packed musical weekends at the Killacourt this summer, with musicians from across Cornwall and beyond coming to entertain residents and visitors to Newquay. Best of all, all of this is completely free!
